It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Carol Raymond Taylor and Donna May Taylor and/or any current occupants are individual defendants and that the plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the defendants, without effect, and that in this action that Emmanuel D. Voces, Esquire, counsel for plaintiff, has used due diligence to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendants Carol Raymond Taylor and Donna May Taylor and/or any current occupants via personal service on January 24, 2020 without effect, it is therefore ORDERED that Carol Raymond Taylor and Donna May Taylor and/or any current occupants do appear and serve upon Emmanuel D. White, PC, plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 596 Lynnhaven Parkway Suite 200, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23452, an answer or other response to the Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from second date of publication, otherwise judgment by default will be entered against Carol Raymond Taylor and Donna May Taylor and/or any current occupants at any time thereafter.
