NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of March, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of PC Rentals Units, LLC for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Video Lottery Establishment and an upstairs apartment on property located at 816 Flat Top Road, Shady Spring, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 27, Parcel 81.3, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by March 9, 2020 will be considered.
