NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by TERRI HAZLETT and JAMES COLE to K. E. MCGINNIS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, dated the 17TH day of OCTOBER, 2013, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Wayne County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 745, at page 38, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and the owner and holders of said note, in exercise of the right and authority granted in the aforementioned deed of trust, having appointed KERRY E. ADKINS as Substitute Trustee, by that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee dated the 24TH day of JANUARY, 2020, and recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Bonds, Contracts and Leases Book 817, at page 729, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Substitute Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on MARCH 18, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the FRONT of the Court House of Wayne County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the City of Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, known and designated on a certain plat of the City of Kenova, entitled Plat No. 1, as LOTS NOS. TWENTY-FOUR (24) AND TWENTY-FIVE (25), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX (176). TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale, and subject to any and all unpaid taxes.
