Solicitation of Interest The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing on a leased basis, space for a Forensic Group Home providing either 8, 12 or 20 beds in Kanawha and/or Cabell County containing approximately 4,000 to 12,000 square feet along with 12-25 parking spaces. The Home should not be located near public and private schools; school bus stops; licensed day care and licensed preschool facilities; public parks; publicly dedicated trails; sports fields; playgrounds; recreational and community centers; and public and private youth camps. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest.
