CONSTRUCTION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER
Preston County 911 is providing notice of its intent to construct and operate a telecommunication tower pursuant to Federal Communication Commission’s Programmatic Agreement for telecommunication towers. The tower called Laurel Mountain 911 is off CR50/7 (adjacent to an existing tower), Rowlesburg, WV (39-18-40.45N and 79-45-21.64W). The self-support tower will be 409 feet (including lightning rod) in height. Only comments regarding potential effects on Historic Properties should be sent within 30 days of publication to:
