NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Substitute Trustee by that certain Deed of Trust executed by JESICA M. KUHN, an unmarried woman, dated October 28, 2011, to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & TONEY, L.C., HUNTINGTON, WV, TRUSTEE, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia as Instrument No. 404936 in Deed of Trust Book 2404, at Page 596; and a Corporate Assignment of Deed of Trust dated October 23, 2019, and recorded on October 29, 2019, as Instrument No. 6038346 in Book 117 at page 571, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia; and that certain Substitution of Trustee, Fred G.
