PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing, Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at 4:00 p.m., in Common Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, Beckley, WV, for proposed amendment of the City of Beckley Zoning Ordinance to add certain permitted uses for medical cannabis facilities in certain zoning districts. The amendments, if approved would bring the city ordinance into compliance with changes in the West Virginia Code, Chapter 8A, Land Use Planning.
