Notice is given that Mountaineer Manors, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Rule 13 Permit, for a surface coating and abrasive blasting facility located off WV-54 near Lester, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.72816deg. and -81.30980deg..
The applicant estimates the facility’s potential to discharge Regulated Air Pollutants will be as follows:
