Bookstore Management
Proposals for Bookstore Management will be received by West Virginia Northern Community College in Room 102 of the B&O Building, 1704 Market Street, Wheeling, WV, 26003, attention: Lyndsie Scott-Guzek until 3:00 p.m on April 24, 2020 at which time all bids will be publically opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Request for Proposal (RFP) to be considered.
After the opening, the bids will be compared for quality, thoroughness, and cost by the College.
