FAILURE TO COMPLETE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS OHIO COUNTY PSD, WV 3303508
Our water system violated a State drinking water requirement. Even though these were not emergencies, you, as our customers, have a right to know what happened and what we did to correct the situation.
An on-site evaluation of our system is conducted on a regular basis. Results of the evaluation show significant deficiencies in our water system which must be addressed to the Office of Environmental Health Services – District Office. We did not correct these deficiencies by the required date, and therefore are in violation.
What should I do?
There is nothing you need to do at this time.
