PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Fayette County, West Virginia, at a regular meeting on April 6, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. or immediately thereafter will consider the following applications for Special Use Permits, Variances or Appeals as required by the Fayette County Unified Development Code.
The hearing will be held in the county commission meeting room on the first floor of the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia. Protest petitions may be filed on or before April 6, 2020.
V-305-20-1: Request of Andrew & Jenny Pense, Owners, for a variance, to Section 2001.4 subsection II and III, for the purpose of a commercial dog-breeding operation, on property legally described as, (37.492 AC Surf 40 Laurel Creek, New Haven District.
V-306-20-1: Request of Bonnie Plants, Inc., Owner, for a variance, to Section 4002 subsections II & III, for the purpose of placement of Housing (Temporary) for employees, on property legally described as, 25.368 AC by survey Lochgelly 21/18, New Haven District.
