AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Jupiter Aluminum Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for the replacement of an existing regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) with a new unit located on 8963 River Road, Beech Bottom, in Brooke County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40*12’55” N and 80*39’27” W.
The applicant estimates there will be no increased potential to discharge for Regulated Air Pollutants from the new RTO.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of September, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
