NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING
The Public Service Board of North Beckley Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at 4:00 PM, prevailing time, at the District’s office at 122 Clear Water Lane, Beckley, WV 25801 for the following purposes:
1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Sewer Revenue Bonds (North Beckley PSD Wastewater System Upgrade – Phase I Design Project), Series 2020 A (WVCWSRF Program) in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,500,000 (the “Series 2020 A Bonds”) to pay the design and preliminary costs of the acquisition and construction of certain improvements and extensions to the existing public facilities of North Beckley Public Service District (the “Project”) and the costs of issuance and related costs.
2. To consider and adopt proposed Resolutions approving the terms and other provisions of the Series 2020 A Bonds.
3. To consider and adopt proposed Resolutions approving the terms Invoices in connection with the Project for payment with proceeds of the Series 2020 A Bonds.
4. To consider and approve all other documents and matters in connection with the financing and construction of the Project.
This meeting is open to the press and public and any person interested may attend such meeting.
