The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to request possession to the property located at 1625 SAXON ROAD, GLEN DANIEL, WV 25844 and, if any, the following additional relief from the Court: Defendant be ejected or evicted from the premises by directing the Sheriff to remove the Defendant on a date certain. That Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for unlawful entry and detainer.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, it is ordered that LORA HOLDER do serve upon the Raleigh County Circuit Court, whose address is 215 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 19, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against LORA HOLDER at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s Office.
