Notice is given that Appalachia Midstream Services, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a 45CSR13 General Permit for the Pioneer Compressor Station located – 1.6 Mi South of West Liberty, at 300 Elysian Lane (a.k.a. Harvey’s Rd) Wheeling, Ohio County, WV 26003
The altitude and longitude coordinates are
40.14333*N and
80.59156*W.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge regulated air pollutants will be:
92.76 tons of nitrogen oxides per year
72.23 tons of carbon monoxide per year
107.50 tons of volatile organic compounds per year
0.46 tons of sulfur dioxide per year
7.62 tons of particular matter per year
7.56 tons of formaldehyde per year
16.91 tons of hazardous Air Pollutants per year
114,038 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year
It is anticipated that construction and start-up will be completed in the 4th Quarter 2020.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
