This is notice that on the 12th day of May, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Cheryl Perkins/Agent; Jacob Reynolds for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for Special Events/night horse riding/barrel races/small rodeo events on property located at 200 Evergreen Lane, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 35, Parcel 40.3, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
