Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City of Martinsburg in the
J. Oakley Seibert Council Chamber at City Hall,
232 North Queen Street,
Martinsburg, West Virginia on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. for CITY OF MARTINSBURG
PAINTING OF
DECORATIVE STREETLIGHT POLES.
Bidders are advised that bids should be delivered to City Hall, via UPS or FED EX if at all possible, with prior to 12:00 Noon delivery. If delivering in person, additional time must be allowed, as access to City Hall must be pre-arranged for a package ‘hand-off’. The Bid Opening will be closed to the public, but will be streamed live on Facebook.com/City of Martinsburg.

The City of Martinsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any informalities as may be deemed to be held in the best interest of the City of Martinsburg.
