NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by PHYLLIS PERRY to KERRY E. ADKINS AND J. MAURICE CLARK, EITHER OF WHOM MAY ACT, dated the 23RD day of MARCH, 2016, securing HUNTINGTON FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2610, at page 438, by which was conveyed to the said Trustees the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said KERRY E. ADKINS, Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on MAY 27, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, !mown and designated on a map of C.H. Slater Subdivision of Lots Nos. 39 to 43, inclusive, Block 265, a copy of which map was recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, on July 25, 1923, in Deed Book No. 207, at page 539, as LOT NUMBER SEVEN (7).
