The Housing Authority of the city of Weirton, West Virginia, will receive sealed bids for the CFP Modernization: Asphalt at Family Resource Center, 927 Edna Road Weirton WV 26062 Tuesday May 19, 2020 at 11:00am, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The aforementioned scope of work will be let under (1) contract
Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained upon receipt from Weirton Housing Authority, 525 Cove Road, Weirton WV 26062 telephone (304) 797-8530 between 8:00am and 3:00pm.
A Pre bid Conference will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday May 12, 2020, at the Housing Authority of the City of Weirton Administrative offices at 525 Cove Road Weirton WV 26062. The scope and details of the proposed project work will be discussed. Attendance is recommended.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal opportunity, as set forth in the contract documents that must be adhered to on this project.

The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of (60) days subsequent to the opening bids without consent of the Housing Authority.
Sealed bids are to be submitted to the attention of Mr. George B. Vargo, Executive Director / Contracting officer at 525 Cove Road, Weirton, WV 26062. All bid packages shall be identified as “ASPHALT BID”, clearly marked on the envelope.
