Suzanne McGraw, Family Law Judge of Raleigh County, on the 03, Day of June, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Family Law Court, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, and show just cause, if you can, as to how you may be injured by the change of name of Desiree Lynn George to Desiree Lynn Ward. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper Hearing and Trial, may be taken for the relief demanded in the petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned at his office.
