NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of May, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 p.m., the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of John Paul Bays for the purpose of a Front & Rear Setback Variance on property located at 2892 Coal City Road, Coal City, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 10A, Parcel 65, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
