NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
The Beckley-Raleigh County Board of Health, at its regular meeting on April 27, 2020, approved the amendment to the Clean Indoor Air Regulation of 2004. This amended regulation will go into effect May 27, 2020. The Raleigh County Clean Indoor Air Regulation of 2020 may be reviewed Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Elinor Hurt Memorial Health Center located at 1602 Harper Road, Beckley, WV or contacted at (304) 252-8531.
