PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of June 1st 2020 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-67-20-1: Request of Cody Donnally, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.310 to keep chickens at 211 Bond Avenue, Oak Hill.
U-68-20-1: Request of Barbara Fleshman, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 15.38.310 to keep chickens at 175 Minden Road, Minden.
U-69-20-1: Request of Kyle Deisig, owner, for a Use Permit as required by Section 1349.24 to allow a short-term vacation rental at 105 John Street, Oak Hill.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
