It is hereby ordered that Irma Karina Infante Ortega serve upon Javier Resendez, Jr, Petitioner, whose address is PO Box 350 Poplar A/U FCI Beckley, WV 25813, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before June 24, 2020. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
