NOTICE TO VOTERS
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 4A, Section 13 of the Code of West Virginia, Notice is hereby given that a test of the Electronic Voting Systems Ballot and Vote Recording Devices will be conducted on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, basement floor located at 222 Main Street, Beckley; for the purpose of ascertaining the accuracy of the equipment to be used during Early Voting for the June 9, 2020 Primary Election. Representatives of the political parties, the press and the public are invited to witness the proceedings.
