address is 103 Adams Street, Suite 200, Fairmont, West Virginia, an Answer, including any related
counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition and Motion filed in this action on or before Wednesday, June 3, 2020, or appear at the hearing scheduled for Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. If you fail to appear, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the
Petition and Motion.
