The object of the above entitled action is for Nanette M. Charnock to legally change her name to Nanette M. Hauk. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Nanette M. Charnock to Nanette M. Hauk.
A hearing shall be on the 26th day of June, 2020 at 9:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
