Notice of Call for Bids
The Fayette County Board of Education, 111 Fayette Ave,
Fayetteville, WV, 25840 will accept sealed bids until 4:00 PM June 12, 2020 on the purchase of 77 laptop computer charging carts.
Carts must meet the following Criteria:
— Holds 30 laptops (w/screens to 14″)
— Pre-Wired with 30 OEM AC ADAPTER 45W FOR LENOVO SQUARE TIP 11E 45N0475 ADLX45NCC2A
— Carts must be pre-wired upon arrival
— Streamlined Cable Management
— Cable Management Bar
–Non-slip Top for Accessories
–Mechanical and Electrical Warranty
–All Steel Construction
–Dual cycle Timers
–Must be delivered by July 1st 2020
You may call 304-574-1176 and leave a message for Robert Hollandsworth if you have any questions. All bids must be sealed and labels ‘Computer Carts’ on the outside of envelope. The Bids will be opened 9:00 AM on June 15, 2020 at the Fayette County Board of Education Conference Room. The Fayette County Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids presented.
