HATFIELD-MCCOY REGIONAL RECREATION AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID The Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority will accept sealed bids for miscellaneous items to be sold at a sealed bid auction. This list is available by email request to [email protected] or can be picked up at the main office located at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn WV or by mail by calling during normal business hours of 8AM to 4PM at (304) 752-3255. Please mark envelope with the item description number for the item you wish to bid on. Also, proposal envelopes must be clearly marked “BID PROPOSAL”, and submitted to the following address: Bid Proposal Item # _______ Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority Attn: Shannon Orso Finance & HR Director PO Box 146 Man, WV 25635 Closing date for submission is Wednesday July 1, 2020 at 2 pm. Bid openings will take place at the Administrative office at 179 Rita Mall Road, Lyburn, WV at 2:01 pm on July 1, 2020. The Hatfield-McCoy Regional Recreation Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, the right to award the bid to the most responsible and qualified bidder, and the right to withhold final award of bid for 10 days after opening bids. All Bidders must take delivery within 10 days of final bid award if items are available for pickup. Bidders whom fail to take delivery and make full payment within 10 days of bid award may lose bid item to the next highest bidder. All items must be paid for by cash, cashier’s check or money order.
