ORDER OF PUBLICATION The above-entitled action is an eminent domain proceeding which is brought on behalf of the Board of Education of the County of Kanawha to acquire rights in and to real property owned by the defendant, Clara A. Detamore, and the unknown heirs or beneficiaries of the Estate of Reuben L. Jones, deceased, for the building of a new elementary school for the residents of the area of Clendenin, Kanawha County, West Virginia. And it appearing by an Affidavit filed in this action that the whereabouts of the Unknown Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Reuben L. Jones, deceased, are unknown, and that counsel for the Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain such information without effect. It is therefore ORDERED that the Unknown Heirs or Beneficiaries of the Estate of Reuben L. Jones do serve upon J. Nicholas Barth, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 129, Charleston, West Virginia 25321, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before ________, 2020, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against the Estate of Reuben L.
