Notice is hereby given that ROSE HOLDINGS LLC, 70 COLUMBIA BLVD, CLARKSBURG, WV 26301 has submitted an application for RENEWAL of Quarry Article 4 Permit No. Q201489 to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600, in order to remove Limestone by conducting quarry operations.
The operation is discharging into Brushy Fork of Teter Creek of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 5 miles east of MOATSVILLE, West Virginia, in CLOVER District of Tucker County, Longitude 79°49’27.4” Latitude 39°11’38.9” (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
Written comments on the Article 4 Quarry Permit Renewal Application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Permit Supervisor at the DEP address above until 7/10/2020, or thirty (30) days from the date of publication. A copy of the application will be available for review in the DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at:
