Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate on the waters of Silvermine Branch of Four Mile Creek, Laurel Hill District, Lincoln County, West Virginia, and identified as Tax Map 5, Parcel 1, and recorded in Deed Book No. 296, at page 348, in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Lincoln County, West Virginia, and bounded and described as follows: SUR 75.33 ACRES FOUR MILE BEING the residue of a 162.86 tract or parcel of real estate conveyed to Mamie Brunty by deed dated April 14, 1941, from J. T.
