PUBLIC NOTICE The Regional Intergovernmental Council (RIC) has prepared the FY 2020 Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) for WV Region 3 (Boone, Clay, Kanawha and Putnam counties). The CEDS includes the goals, objectives and strategies for community and economic development for the period of June 1, 2019 through May 31, 2020. The CEDS update is available on the RIC website at www.wvregion3.org.
