The Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority is accepting proposals for two parcels totaling 5.97 acres in Wolf Creek Park. These parcels are owned by the Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority and are recorded in Deed Book 604 Page 79, Plateau District Tax Map 49 Parcel 1.
All proposals must be sent in a sealed envelope addressed to the Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority, P.O. Box 307, Fayetteville, WV. For more information about the parcels being transferred contact Gabriel Pea at [email protected] or 304-574-4339.
Proposals will be accepted until July 23, 2020 at 4:00 pm.
The Fayette County Urban Renewal Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals
