prevailing time, July 24, 2020 at Berkeley County Public Service Sewer
District, 65 Distric Way,
Martinsburg, WV 25402.

No bid may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any
