NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Beckley will hold a public hearing at 4:00 o’clock P.M. on Wednesday, the 19th day of August 2020 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley, on the petition of David Kirkpatrick, owner of property located at 327 Neville St. (Tax Map 24, Parcel 45) in the City of Beckley, or their agent, for Pub-licity to have Limited Video Lottery in a B-3 government/service/retail-cultural/ entertainment-university zoning district.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
