To the above names Defendant:
The above entitled Complaint was filed on 12th day of November 2019, alleging that the said Kayla Cox
negligently and recklessly piloted her vehicle in a manner unsafe for the highway and did strike a vehicle driven by Plaintiff causing property damage and injury of said Plaintiff.
The said Kayla Cox’s whereabouts are unknown and service was therefore unable to be had upon her
person.
The object of the above entitled civil action is to obtain judgment against the said Defendant.
The Defendant shall serve upon David C. White, Esq. and the Law Office of Neiswonger and White an Answer to the Complaint filed hereto within 30 days of initial publication of this notice.
A copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Wetzel County Circuit Clerk at the Wetzel County
Courthouse , 200 Main Street New Martinsville, WV 26155.
It is ORDERED that the Defendant do serve upon David C. White, Esq. and the Law Office of Neiswonger and White, Plaintiff’s attorney whose address is 409 Morton Avenue, Moundsville West Virginia 26041, an Answer of her defense to the Complaint filed in the Civil Action no longer than 30 days after the initial date of publication.
Otherwise judgement by default will be taken against her at anytime hereafter. A copy of the complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Wetzel County Circuit Clerk.
