Feorene, owner of Elite Coach Limousine, Inc., filed an application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to operate as a common carrier by motor vehicle in the transportation of passengers by limousine in Mercer, Kanawha, Harrison, Monongalia, Cabell, Randolph, Logan, Mineral, Marshall, Wood, Mason, Raleigh, Berkeley, Marion, Hancock, McDowell, Greenbrier, Ohio, and Mingo Counties. Case No. 20-0322-MC-C. According to the application, the Applicant proposes the following service rates: Sedan: $60.00 Per Hour SUV: $75.00 Per Hour Van: $65.00 Per Hour Transit Van $85.00 Per Hour VIP Van Terra: $90.00 Per Hour 10 Passenger Limousine: $110.00 Per Hour 12 Passenger Limousine: $125.00 Per Hour 14 Passenger Limousine: $145.00 Per Hour Rates would then be subjected to a 20% Gratuity and 9% service charge. On July 1, 2020, Staff recommend Elite Coach Limousine, Inc., to make proper publication of the application in each of the following counties: Mercer, Kanawha, Harrison, Monongalia, Cabell, Randolph, Logan, Mineral, Marshall, Wood, Mason, Raleigh, Berkeley, Marion, Hancock, McDowell, Greenbrier, Ohio, and Mingo. Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof.
