PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition duly filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Zoey Jane Bolen shall be held before the honorable Thomas H. Ewing, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon therefter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any may be terminated in the proceeding, and that you may appear and defend any such rights within THIRTY (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said THIRTY (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
