NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE To satisfy the its storage lien, Farmer Mini-Storage, LLC will conduct a public lien sale of personal property in Units 8 and 25 at Farmer Mini-Storage, 35 Washington Ave, Huntington, WV on: July 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM This sale is pursuant to W. Va. Code 38-14-5, the Self-Storage Lien Act. Unit 8 contains a 1996 Harley-Davidson FLSTF motorcycle with serial number 1HD1BML15TY040458. TERMS OF SALE: 1. The property will be conveyed in an “AS IS” physical condition containing no warranty, express or implied. 2. Subject to any and all assessments and taxes against said property, and all prior liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever. 3. The purchaser shall be responsible for acquiring title for any vehicles from the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles. Farmer Mini-Storage, LLC will provide DMV Form 1-TR, a copy of the rental agreement, a copy of publication of this notice of sale, and a verification of notification to the occupant for the purpose of acquiring title. 4. The purchaser shall be responsible for all sales taxes and other applicable fees. 5. Farmer Mini-Storage, LLC reserves the right to submit a bid for the property at sale. 6. Farmer Mini-Storage, LLC reserves the right to adjourn the sale, for a time, or from time to time, without further notice by announcement at the time and place of sale described above or any adjournment thereof. 7. Any property purchased from the sale must be removed from its storage unit within 48 hours of the sale. Any property remaining in the unit after 48 hours will be deemed to constitute ABANDONED PROPERTY AND WILL BE DISPOSED OF ACCORDINGLY. 8.
