PUBLIC HEARING CLAY COUNTY COMMISSION BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION PROPOSAL August 12, 2020 9:45 a.m. Clay County Commission Chambers, Clay, WV The Clay County Commission is considering an application for a grant through the HUD-Community Development Block Grant funds administered by the State of West Virginia. The Commission will conduct a public hearing to obtain the views and comments of the citizens of the County concerning community development and housing needs and the needs of low and moderate income persons. The Commission will consider these views and comments when it submits its block grant proposal to the State of West Virginia. The public hearing is scheduled for August 12, 2020 9:45 a.m., at the Clay County Commission Chambers, Clay WV.
