You are hereby notified that your parental rights to Ryan Kyle Vega, if any, may be terminated in this adoption proceeding, unless you appear and defend any such rights within 30 days of first publication of this Notice, by filing a Response with the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County, West Virginia and by serving said Response upon counsel for Petitioners, Patricia J. DiFranco and Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115B South Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on the 1st day of September, 2020, at 9 a.m. in the Raleigh County Circuit Court, Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, before the Honorable Darl W. Poling.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
