The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by STEPHANIE SEYMOUR, biological mother of infants J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015 and J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, and JACK WALTON, biological father of infants J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015 and J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that STEPHANIE SEYMOUR and JACK WALTON have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015 and J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015. It is ORDERED that STEPHANIE SEYMOUR and JACK WALTON are notified that they may obtain a copy pf the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 27th day of August, 2020 at 2:30 P.m. for a Disposition Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights STEPHANIE SEYMOUR, biological mother of infants J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015 and J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, and JACK WALTON, biological father of infants J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015 and J.W., whose date of birth is November 18, 2015, may be terminated.
