TREE REMOVAL – 4-H GROUNDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Wetzel County
Commission, P.O. Box 156, New Martinsville, WV 26155, for tree removal at the 4-H Campgrounds until 4:30 P.M., on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. All
proposals submitted will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
Scope of work includes removal of 16 Stumps, 10 trees (including stumps), trimming of 3 trees and possible grinding of stumps and roots and disposal, as well as
filling in holes with dirt and seeding the ground. Bidder should include proof of insurance and business license. Call the Wetzel County Commission at 304-455-8217 to arrange a site visit to identify the trees and stumps for removal.
Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Tree Removal – 4-H Campgrounds” and fowarded to the Wetzel County Commission, P.O. Box 156, New Martinsville, WV 26155.
The Wetzel County Commission reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waiver any informalities.
