IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 20-CJA-38 ALLISON ARMSTRONG, biological mother of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009, and the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009. Natural child of Allison Armstrong.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by ALLISON ARMSTRONG, biological father of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009, and the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ALLISON ARMSTRONG and the UNKNOWN FATHER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009. It is ORDERED that ALLISON ARMSTRONG and the UNKNOWN FATHER are notified that they may obtain a copy pf the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 27th day of August, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights ALLISON ARMSTRONG, biological father of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009, and the UNKNOWN FATHER, of infant K.A., whose date of birth is May 16, 2009, may be terminated.
