PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on August 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.the Planning Commission will be conducting the following public hearing(s):
1. To consider a request made by Fulton Storage LLC, Chris Duplaga, owner to change the zoning classification of the following described area from R-1A Single Family Residential to EMO Educational Medical Office in order to construct a medical office: Lots 23, 24, and part of 25 on the Map of Steenrod Place, recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 103 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office, more commonly known as 200 & 1108 West Washington Avenue.
2. To consider a request made by Chris Porter to operate a car detailing business at 3721 Jacob Street, which is classified as a Special Use Permit in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial zoning district.
If you would like to express your opinion on either of these matters, you are invited to participate in the public hearing. Due to the Governor’s restrictions on in-person gatherings, the hearing is being conducted via Zoom.
