LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE OF BIDS The City of South Charleston will accept sealed bids for Street Milling and Paving for City Streets, the bid will be used for two separate paving programs, one in September 2020, and May 2021. The total quantities included in the program are 8,500 tons of hot laid asphalt and 100,000 square yards of milling. Bid Specifications may be obtained from the City Treasurer’s Office, 238 4th Ave, South Charleston, WV. Bids will be accepted at the above mentioned address until, Friday August 14, 2020 AT 1:00 PM. The bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 1:01 PM ON, August 14, 2020, in the City of South Charleston Municipal Building Conference Room, 238 4th Avenue, South Charleston, WV 25303.
