FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for permanent improvement of the following streets or portions thereof in the City of Moundsville by resurfacing and otherwise improving said streets will be received by the undersigned at the Office of the Moundsville City Clerk at 800 Sixth Street, Moundsville, WV until 10:30 A.M., Thursday, August 13, 2020. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained upon payment of $25.00 for each set. This is non-refundable.
Bids shall be for the performance of work to be done and the labor and materials to be furnished in accordance with plans and specifications.
Said improvements shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all, or any part of any bid, to award the bid to other than the low bidder, and award for the bid in the best interest of the City of Moundsville.
