PUBLIC NOTICE OFAPPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMITS,
pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
EQT Production Company, 400 Woodcliff Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317, is applying for permits for
natural gas horizontal wells at the following locations:
Haggard 2H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 532588.265 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4389429.568;
Haggard 4H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 532590.144 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4389433.735;
Haggard 6H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 532592.023 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4389437.901;
Haggard 8H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 532593.901 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4389442.068;
Haggard 10H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 532595.780 UTM NAD 83 Northing 4389446.234;

All wells are located in the Little Fishing Creek Watershed, Littleton Quadrangle, Center District, Wetzel County, West Virginia which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty-day period.

Copies of the proposed permit applications may be
reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental
Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP
headquarters.
