NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF MAGISTRATE TO FILL VACANT 2ND DIVISION SEAT
The purpose of this publication is to inform the public that, pursuant to West Virginia Code 3-10-1, et seq., and 51-3-18, the vacancy for the unexpired term of Raleigh County Magistrate, 2nd Division, as a result of the resignation of the former holder of that office, has been filled, effectiveJuly 29, 2020, with the appointment of Pat Lamp who, once sworn in, will serve in that capacity until December 31, 2020.
